Through the spiritual spine straightening Sandra I have no back- and neck pain more. I sleep more deeply. Overall, my defenses are better, I get a cold rare. I feel since around particularly well!

My experience of the Spiritual spinal erection with Sandra, I rather out of curiosity tried ..well you have to know, I yes the one from the gym / get personal training and secondly from the massage area!
That means, that of course I know how my body is

and I know what I can actively do. mobilize hip, work on the left hip joint, stabilize pool, Massagetechniken, Hip flexors and extensors strengthen.
I also knew, that my left leg was longer than my right again ... yes that I can then at the opportunity once again addressed ... is quite simple.
Sandra has "judge" over for me!

After the first part of the short, very pleasant treatment my legs were the same length, My vertebrae were lined up, my neck tension, I keep getting, when I'm working on too many projects at once (so always ) disappeared.
Til today!!! I'm excited and can really recommend treating each! It is an asset!
